We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all our signs, so whatever the reason within 30 days of the date of purchase, we offer a Return Service and full refund.

If you intend to return any sign please let us know via email at sales@housesignsolutions.co.uk or use our 'Contact' page.

Please include the reason for this if possible for the return.

 

You will need to pay for your return, which will need to be sent via a tracked postal service, please include your purchase invoice.

Once the item has been returned to us we will refund your purchase in full.

 

RETURNS – REPLACEMENTS – SPELLING MISTAKES

 

All our signs are handmade throughout the process. All requirements are manually typed and despite our best efforts, sometimes mistakes can happen. If your sign arrives and WE have imputed incorrect information please let us know ASAP and we’ll see a replacement is made and sent out to you immediately.

 

If you yourself have made the mistake, again, just let us know. It may be that we can offer a replacement free of charge; however, this will depend on the product type purchased.

 

RETURNS - FAULTY PRODUCTS

 

Sometimes damages can occur during transit. If this is the case there will be no need to return this to us. Simply contact us (please include a photo of damaged product) and we’ll replace the item as quickly as we can.
